Duties/Responsibilities:

• Consults with client company or organization to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
• Review of data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
• Prepare recruitment materials and posting of jobs on appropriate boards.
• Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers.
• Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
• Counsels’ candidates on the interview and hiring process.
• Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
• Managing the onboarding and new hire process.
• Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
• Act as a point of contact and build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred not required.
• Two years of human resources or related experience. 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

CDL Partners, LLC is seeking a highly-skilled, full-time Administrative Assistant with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

This position is HR related and can phase into a recruiting role.

 

Role and Responsibilities

• Welcoming, greeting, and assisting any on-site visitors
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquires and questions in a timely manner
• Assisting recruiters and managers with hiring and onboarding processes
• Assisting with the maintenance, organization and completing of new hire files
• Performing verification of employments
• Working with your team of office peers to meet client needs in a timely manner
• Assisting with time and attendance approvals
• Maintaining office supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively and efficiently
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Home every day but job requires 6 days at least week twice per month.
• Around 90 days, upon company hire:  eligible for company health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a company funded HRA card, paid holiday, vacation and PTO days.

At 1^st company hire anniversary:  eligible for retirement plan 401k with company matching and yearly performance evaluations reviews
